At Bedazzled, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Since our jewelry is not mass-produced, we kindly ask customers to read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
๐งต Handmade Production & Order Processing
All Bedazzled jewelry pieces are handmade to order.
Each order requires a minimum of 2 working days for crafting before shipping.
We do not offer wholesale services. Only small batches are accepted to maintain quality and craftsmanship.
๐ Shipping Policy
Orders are expected to arrive within 7 days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

If you are making an online payment, please share a payment screenshot with us.
Orders will only begin processing after payment confirmation from our team.

๐ Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
Customized or personalized handmade items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.
โ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as the crafting process begins.
Once production starts, the order is considered final.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, minor variations in color, bead placement, or design may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
